CHRISTMAS CARDS FOR COMPANIES

In December clients get hundreds of emails.
They’ll remember one envelope.

A Christmas card is one of the few moments in the year when a company can simply say “thank you” — no offer, no invoice, no rush. A well-prepared card goes straight to the heart: onto the desk, into the hands of a specific person and into their memory. The same works for a New Year greeting, a client thank-you or a company anniversary.

WHY PAPER STILL WORKS

Relationships are built all year round.
Christmas is the moment to say thank you.

01

You can hold it

An email gets buried under the next messages. A card gets opened, looked at and put somewhere visible. It is a small gesture that takes time — and the recipient can tell.

02

It stays on the desk for a long time

Corporate cards often still stand on shelves and desks in January. Your logo and your faces are in front of the client just as they plan the new year.

03

It shows effort, not automation

Everyone spots automated greetings in a second. A card that someone designed, printed and addressed says: “we remember you”.

04

It reaches people, not inboxes

An envelope with the recipient’s name goes through reception and lands on the desk of a specific person — the one you actually work with.

WHAT IF THE CARD SPOKE WITH YOUR VOICE?

First, a photo of your team.
Then your greetings on the screen.

We print the first frame of your film on paper. The client scans the QR code, points a phone at the card — and the same image comes to life: your team waves, smiles and delivers the greeting in their own voices. No app to install.

It combines the best thing about cards — a gesture you can hold — with something an ordinary card can’t do: the real faces and voices of the people the client works with every day.

THE JOURNEY OF ONE CARD

From the print shop to the client’s desk
— and into their memory.

It stays on the shelf

An email disappears in the inbox. A card stands on the desk for the whole festive season, and the film reminds them who sent it.

WHO TO SEND A CARD TO

Everyone who was with you this year
deserves a “thank you”.

Key clients

The ones who made this year a good one. A thank-you on their desk does more than another discount.

Partners and suppliers

The people who rescued deadlines and picked up the phone on a Friday after 3 pm. They deserve to hear it.

Your team and colleagues

A card with a film from the management or the whole company — sent home, for the whole family.

Clients who haven’t ordered for a while

Season’s greetings are the most natural reason to get back in touch — without a pushy sales pitch.

WE’LL DO IT FOR YOU

From the recording
to a parcel at your door.

You don’t need to look for a print shop, couriers or a video editor. We link your film to the card, print the whole run in Wieluń and send the cards in bulk to your office — you can calculate the delivery cost straight away in the configurator.

WHEN TO START

The best cards
are planned in November.

  1. By mid-November

    Idea and recording

You choose a direction, record a short film on a phone or ask us for a concept.

  2. By the end of November

    Approval and printing

You approve the first frame and how the card works. We print the whole run.

  3. First half of December

    Delivery

The cards arrive while offices are still working and inboxes aren’t yet flooded with greetings.

These dates are approximate — we will confirm the exact schedule once we receive your enquiry and materials.

5 THINGS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE

So your card
touches the heart.

  1. Sign the cards by name or add the recipient’s name on the envelope.
  2. Keep it short and sincere — 20–40 seconds of film is plenty.
  3. Show real people from the company. Clients want to see who they work with.
  4. Don’t sell in your greetings. Save the offer for January.
  5. Start early — in December, print shops and couriers are at their busiest.
